Day 1 took us to High Point, NC for a couple days to meet with Mike at Xtreme Campers. Mike fabricated a large cooler rack for our truck, replaced our TV with a 12 volt TV, and built a step to make it easier to get in the camper. Mike and Travis did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them if you need any custom work done on your rig. We spent our first night in High Point at the Oak Hollow Campground which is a very nice with full hookups. The campground is owned by the city and is well maintained and only $30 dollars per night. Did I mention the weather? Hot, Hot and Hotter... 98 degrees in High Point today.
